در این قسمت هم به بررسی چند case میپردازیم

این case ها مربوط به dental radiology  است.

زبان انگلیسی روانی است اما در صورت برخورد به مشکل بنویسید تا ترجمه ان را نیز بگذارم.

A new patient presents to the dental office. She is a 23 year-old Asian female with a pain in the anterior region of the mandible.

You take a mandibular anterior periapical radiograph of teeth #23, #24, #25 and #26. Make a short description of the resultant film shown below
Large 10mm x 4mm round very translucent lesion is noted within the alveolar bone. Borders are well defined but not corticated. Lesion involves the root of tooth #24. Alveolar bone around the lesion appears to be within normal limits From what you already know generate a differential diagnosis for this case. Below are some possible conditions in alphabetical order.

Possible conditions:

• Central giant cell granuloma
• Dental abscess
• Dental granuloma
• Non-odontogenic lesion, etc.
• Radicular cyst
